Hello, I am looking for someone to sublease my room in an all people house from mid June to mid September. Preferably a University of Washington student, or someone in early to mid 20s. (Start and end dates are flexible). Up to 6 other roommates. Fully furnished living room and dining room with very large kitchen.

It is a shared bedroom but blocked off visually from the other beds making it feel like your own room. (Possibly available for a group of three friends, message me if interested in this). Access to balcony from bedroom. Comes furnished with bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, floor lamp, and dresser.

The house is located near Calvary Cemetery. ~10 minute walk from U-Village/QFC. ~30 minute walk to red square. ~25 minute walk to IMA. Access to bus lines 65/79/372. If you have a car there is lots of free space to park on the street with a possibility to park in the driveway/garage.

Rent is $700 per month (utilities included). I am possibly open to negotiating the price.
