Hey everyone! Im currently looking for someone to sublet my place over this summer 2024 (July-August). The room comes with a queen-size bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, and office chairs. Youll also have your own bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The apartment is fully furnished with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, and in-unit washer and dryer. However, heating, hot water, electricity, internet, and A/C are not included in the rent, and costs are equally shared. This apartment is located just 5 minutes away from the 24-bus station (Mount Pleasant), and 10 minutes away from the Atwater metro.
