I have a bedroom at The Hopson Flats! In Downtown GR! I have a private room open for rent in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. You would share a bathroom with the other roommate. It is on the Fifth Floor so noise is at its minimum and the view is great even from the fifth floor. The other roommate is a female so looking to keep it that way. $850 is the price plus $80 with all utilities included and if you wanted to add parking or a pet it would go up.
