Looking for someone to take over my lease at Sol Tempe Apartments asap. I am looking to move out mid March! Its a private room with a private bathroom and walk in closet. Leases ends on July 31st 2024 with an option to renew. Its less than a 10 minute drive to ASU and they have their own shuttle service that can take you over there.
Base rent is $962 and since the room is deluxe its $14.25 for those features, utilities are a flat rate of $50.90, parking is $25.45 and renters insurance is $9 a month. Marchs rent will be covered. Message me for more info.
