Hello! My responsible and I recently bought a large 8 bed, 9 bath property in the historic district of Woodbury, CT. We have one queen bedroom available to rent short-term (either weekly or monthly) with a private bathroom en suite. You have access to a living room/lounge next to your room. I am the only one living on the property at the responsibleent, but Im rarely home! Im a non-smoker and there are no pets in the home. I will explain more about the property via video call if youre interested in renting! Will require ID and references. Security deposit of $300 will be required.
