I am looking to share a townhouse here in Reston, VA with another easy-going, clean, quiet professional. I conduct biopharmaceutical research and am training for the Marine Corps Marathon. While Im quite independent and busy, I occasionally enjoy a glass of wine and steak on the grill to unwind and catch up.

The townhouse is quite lovely. The high ceilings and large windows give it a light, airy feeling. The modern furnishings and original artwork create a classy, welcoming environment. The three fireplaces and three common area living rooms offer plenty of private space for a good book or web surfing. The downstairs den has a big screen TV and built-in bookcases. The deck includes a gas grill and is a great place to hang out in the summer.

Your room is fully furnished including a queen sized bed, linens and towels. You have your own Jacuzzi tub in your private bath. $1195 monthly rent plus $250 per month for utilities, maid service, and wi-fi access.

The townhouse is located in the Reston Lake Anne community with walking distance to shops, farmers market, outdoor concerts, and Reston Town Center. Reston Association offers lots of pools and tennis courts to choose from. And the wide variety of running paths along the wooded ravines, lakes and golf courses is endless. It really is a great community.

Reston is on the Silver Line metro. It is a $2 metro ride to Dulles International airport, one mile to 267 toll road, ~10 minutes (without traffic) to the 495 beltway, ~15 minutes to Tysons Corner, ~30 minutes to downtown DC, ~40 minutes to Rockville.
