Ive shared some layout ideas in the pictures for how you could arrange a bed behind the couch (if you move it forward, you can fit a queen right there. I have a cot and queen sized inflatable mattress for you to use just provide your own bedding). Or you can just sleep on the couch if you like.

I dont hang out in the living room so the space is entirely yours to use.

We will share the kitchen and bathroom along with responsibilities of keeping things tidy. Private hallway door between living room and bathroom, so you have more privacy.

Central to everywhere. 5 mins to The Grove, West Hollywood, 10 mins to Beverly Hills, Ktown. Off site parking.

Rent is $975 - Utilities included,split WiFi (5g High Speed 300 mbps) ($25), access to Smart TV.

$650 security deposit (you will receive back when you move out assuming theres no damage/theft of my furnishings)
