With Zabars, Citarella, Fairway, and Trader Joes within easy walking distance, youll never lack quality food!

THE APARTMENT:
Ideal for couples, students, and active professionals who enjoy living together but want privacy also, the apartment offers two sunlit bedrooms of equal size, a shared full bathroom with a relaxing tub, and a well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your meals. Located on the 4th floor (walk-up), this apartment is incredibly quiet because faces away from the streets, allowing you quality rest at night.

THE SPACE:
Bedroom One has 2 large windows, a spacious closet and a full size bed that can sleep two people, as well as a desk and a chair for getting your work done.
Each room has its own new smart TV to stream your favorite shows. The apartment has a dedicated modem for high speed internet (100mbps) so you have solid connection for all your needs.

Bedroom Two has 4 large windows facing Northeast, and a twin size bed with a nice long desk with bookshelf and drawers. Its a great room for getting some deep thinking done.

During the summer months, we fit the AC units in a window in each room. There is central heating during the colder months.

The kitchenette includes a full-sized fridge, sink, hotplate, coffee makers, microwave, toaster oven, and all essentials for meal preparation.

AVAIALABILITY:

Our apartment is available for long-term rental starting January 8th, 2024. No smoking, no pets please.
