The apartment is on the 5th floor of a 5-story, elevator building, a 12-minute walk from Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, the Empire State Building and so many bars and restaurants and shopping nearby.

Note: This apartment is large, but is an older apartment. Please do not inquire if youre looking for high-end finishings, granite counters, etc. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances but the cabinetry is from the 90s.
