Perfect for people who dont have a car. I personally dont own a car, but if you do have one, street parking is very easy to find. No permits required.

Perfect for singles, couples, etc. Ive had both stay here and all raved about the place!

The apartment is on the second floor of a pre-war/art deco building.

Theres a walk-in closet that Ive turned into an office, and there is laundry in the building.
