Two people will be happy in this lovely room in a historical four stories 1899 Edwardian brownstone with original wood details on a lovely quiet street, one block away from subway, laundromat, the supermarket, and shopping. cafes, restaurants, and wine bars all around.
Shared bathroom with guests of the Sport Room on the same floor. The bathroom is large, it has a bathtub.
The room sleeps two people in queen size bed and sits two around small bistrot table by the window. There is loveseat and chair that turns into a single/guest bed.
The room has two windows facing north.
The room is WiFi ready.
EVERY ROOM HAS ITS OWN LOCK.
There is one guest kitchen outside your room. It is fully functional, modern, all stainless steel. It is shared among the guests of the four rooms.
The Writers and the Music Room are on the second floor of the house.
The kitchen and the Art Room are upstairs from the Sport and Music Rooms floor.

Guests must be cat lovers, however no cats or dogs are allowed here (we already have cats, which you are welcome to spoil and visit with. PLEASE: IF YOU ARE EVEN SLIGHTLY ALLERGIC TO PETS, THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR YOU. EVEN THOUGH CATS MIGHT NOT COME IN YOUR ROOM THEY ARE FREE TO GO AROUND THE HOUSE AND MIGHT HAVE BEEN IN YOUR ROOM WITH OTHER GUESTS BEFORE).

Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the house, not even on the stoop, as the smoke will inevitably enters the house.
