I am subletting my renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 office plus insuite laundry for all or most of December (I am flexible and can work with you).

The unit is a fully renovated basement suite in East Vancouver.

1 fully furnished bedroom with 50 smart TV and most of your fave apps (Netflix, Youtube, Prime, etc).

Living room has a 65 smart TV as well with all of the same apps installed.

The office is equipped with a motorized sit/stand desk, 36 ultrawide curved monitor, keyboard and mouse. If you have a Macbook, simply plug it in and work away! I have the apple dongle that allows for this to work seamlessly with any Apple computer.

The bathroom is fully equipped with 10 white towels and all of the stuff you need to be comfortable.

The outdoor area is a lit and covered carport with patio furniture and a workbench. A lot of the bulbs have died, so its a little dim at night, but \_()_/ .

In terms of location, Trout Lake is located 20 seconds by foot away on the same street.

Nanaimo skytrain station is a 3.5 minute walk up 2 blocks.

Safeway grocery store is located about 15 minutes away by foot.

I also will be leaving my 2022 Audi Q3 behind for the month. We could potentially talk about using this car as a rental as well, should you need wheels. If you already have wheels here, I will move my car from the dedicated parking space behind my carport and move it to street so you can have the space.
