The boys currently living in the apartment are sopres at UMD and all three of them are great guys with very bright futures ahead of them. Although they spend much of their time in class and studying, they love to get together at the end of the day to cook and have dinner and are always open to having guests over as long as they respect the space. All three of them are very committed to keeping the place clean and neat, and never have an issue with making too much noise. Rent is done online on a monthly basis and the utilities get added to it at the end of the month. The rent I am listing the sublet with is $1275, compared to the current rate of $1315.
