Fully furnished short-term rental in Brooklyn over the holidays & into 2024!
I am looking to sublet my comfy & cozy 2 BR/1 bath apartment located on a quiet, tree-lined street in Fort Greene around the following dates: Nov 20-27th, Dec 6-11th and Dec 20-Jan 20th, and possibly longer through March, if desired (exact dates are flexible).
1 block from beautiful Fort Greene Park, amazing restaurants, bars and a charming neighborhood vibe. I have lived all over NYC, but Fort Greene is simply the best! Approximately 8 min walk to every express subway line so you can be anywhere in Manhattan in under 45 minutes (approximately 20 min to downtown Manhattan, 30 min to Midtown/Times Square).
It is on the 2nd floor of a historic walk-up building and large by NYC standards. 1 large master bedroom with full size bed, dresser, desk & office chair - great for working from home. 2nd smaller bedroom with full size bed, dresser, large closet, and portable desk/office chair. Living room with flat-screen TV, couch, breakfast table (which can also be used as a 2nd desk) and a fully-equipped kitchen.
There are 2 sweet & friendly cats who will be here for the November and early December dates but moving out after that. Both are very friendly & sweet (if shy at times). They are sure to win over even non-cat people, as I have witnessed first-hand .
