Im trying to sublease my current apartment due to moving back in with family to save up some money. Willing to pay for the first month of rent as a one-time payment for you to sublease the remaining duration through 7/28/2024. See details below.

Its a very clean and new looking apartment complex, they painted the entire complex just a couple weeks ago and are currently doing maintenance on the parking lots as well. Theres also a pool, gym, and a volleyball court. Very sleek look to the place. Additionally, its a gaited community next to the University of South Florida roughly 10 mins away by foot, just down the road and across the street. Great for any students that want a place to live for Spring + Summer semester (negotiable move in date but sooner the better).

Its a 4 bed 4 bath apartment (private bathroom). Youd be subleasing a single room/bath. The apartment comes with wifi, air conditioning, laundry room, kitchen, a living room at the entrance to the apartment, and 3 other amazing roommates (2 men, 1 women) that Ive had 0 issues with since Ive lived here. They are all very caring, cleanly, and quiet at night except occasionally when they have a guest(s) over once a month to play games together.

The room itself comes with a dresser, mattress with bedframe, and a closet with a sliding mirror door. Desks are supposedly available from the front office, but I brought my own so youd have to contact them for the desk. Its room D towards the back of the apartment, which is very nice if you like your privacy as youre further away from the other rooms and living room. So little to no noise will leak into or out of the room.

Theres little to no blemishes in the room including the carpet, walls, and bathroom. Its practically like new.
