Newly renovated, cozy, and quiet studio. Only steps away from the hustle bustle of Times Square. This gem is on a lovely residential block that was voted as one of the most charming blocks by Time Out magazine.
This area is both a cultural and transportation hub. The apartment is located one short block away from the 42nd st subway stop, where you can access most subway lines. It is also a block from Port Authority where you can catch buses and trains to Long Island, New Jersey, and all major airports.

However, you probably wont need to go far, given the apartments close proximity to most tourist attractions. Within walking distance from the Jacob Javits convention center, Broadway shows, the responsiblea, 5th avenue shopping, the High Line, Lincoln center, Columbus Circle, and Central Park, to name a few! There is also a wealth of restaurants right next to apartment for every taste and budget.

The guest area is fully furnished. The main room contains a queen size bed that sleeps two. There is also a small pull-out bed underneath, and a crib avaliable, if you are traveling with a child. In front of the bed is a flat screen TV, with premium cable channels and on-demand. There is also a desk, book case, and very spacious closet. Attached to the bedroom is a small kitchenette. The kitchen is separated from the bedroom by a door, and has space enough for a table, 3 chairs, a stove, a small fridge and is stocked with a coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave and toaster, as well as pots, pans, utensils, and plates. The bathroom is covered in hand painted tiles, and has a glass door shower. Linens, towels, and hairdryer provided.

The apartment is the perfect size for a solo traveller or couple. There is no living room, but the spacious bedroom and kitchenette provide ample space. With all the attractions nearby we doubt you will be spending much time inside!

Your bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette are private and no on else has access to them. You have a private entrance as well.

I live in the town house and can answer any questions. I am also an artist and my studio is on the 1st floor, feel free to come visit!

The kitchen has a fridge, stove, oven, toaster, electric tea kettle, coffee and coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, utensils and dishware; as well as a sink, soap, sponges, and paper towels.
