I am traveling in December and am seeking a conscientious tenant who will be a steward of my much-loved home while Im away. Dates are flexible and can extend past December.

This first-floor, one-bedroom, 900-square-foot apartment has a washer/dryer in-unit; central air conditioning; covered, locked, underground parking with elevator access; full kitchen and dining area; living room with fireplace; covered patio with furniture and grill, accessed by two separate sets of full-length sliding doors in the bedroom and living room; an office area with two adjustable standing desks and office equipment; bathroom with a jet tub; and a bedroom with a walk-in closet. The space is fully furnished; towels and linens are provided; and the kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of appliances and kitchen tools.

The condominium association health center is a three-minute walk away and contains a gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, squash courts, basketball courts, and volleyball court.

The apartment is located on the Boulder Creek Path, which makes for lovely walks/runs/bike rides along Boulder Creek and easy pedestrian access to downtown Boulder for shops, cafes, restaurants, and farmers markets, as well as easy access to the creek. The apartment is also next door to Scott Carpenter Park and is a ten-minute walk from University of Colorado, Boulders central campus. Directly across the street from the condominium community are three grocery storesSprouts, Safeway, and King Soopers.

The neighborhood is quiet, owing to it being set back from the road, with old growth trees throughout, the Boulder Creek flowing through it, and views of the Flatirons from multiple places. Neighbors are conscientious and friendly, but also respecting of one anothers privacy.

I love living here and hope to find a tenant who will enjoy and care for the space while Im traveling.
