Hey everyone, I had a change of plans for this upcoming year for me so Im looking to sublet my apartment anytime until my lease ends on July 31, 2024. Its in the Lodge /Four star apartment complex on Aurora Ave, super close to CU. Rent is 1945/month, plus utilities/admin fees is 2065/month. Parking is available in the lot for a fee but Ive never had an issue finding spots with free street parking. The space is super nice and clean with in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and AC. Its on the first floor and would be furnished - couches, bed, humidifiers, lighting, TV, coffee table etc. Feel free to message me for more info/photos if you are interested or know someone who would be.
