Hi. My hip apartment is rentable while I am traveling month of August. $2300. Approximate start date August 7. final dates negotiable. Great spot in Ballard / walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and shops...close to golden gardens beach if youre up for a longer walk or bike ride along the well known Burke-Gilman trail. Apartment stays cool compared to outside temperature but portable air conditioner available upon request.
Clean. Quiet building + neighborhood (except for an occasional train :) Discount if you are willing to water my plants :) Internet and printer at the house. Nice gym in basement (community use.) Laundry in basement as well. Pool :) Comfy queen size bed (organic cotton mattress.)
