This is a brand new luxury Townhouse with living space 2,163 sq. ft.. We have a room to rent out. The room is good size with extra sitting area which can be a working section. The room is furnished with a Queen size bed with a Sealy Medium mattress, a folding table, chair, ceiling fans with lights and a walk in closet. A good size bathroom which is shared with the other tenant. First floor has 1/2 bath.

A 25.6 Cu.Ft. Side by Side Refrigerator is only shared by two people.

Subdivision has unassigned parking space near the Townhouse.

With a 6-month lease, the Tenant can use the community clubhouse and pool of the subdivision and may bring up to two guests following HOA Bylaws.

Internet and garbage collection are included in the rent. The tenant will share 1/3 of water and sewage, electricity and gas bills (about $70 each month). Security deposit is one month rent.

Convenient location, less than 5 minutes to I-64, exit 181 Parham Road. Doctors Parham Hospital, Saint Mary Hospital, Bon Scours and VCU and police station are nearby. Close to Costco, Sams Club, friendly supermarkets etc. Convenient to shop, work or go to schools and trails while in a quiet and decent new neighborhood.

No smoker, alcoholic, party, guest stay-over or pet please.
