Rooms are fully furnished. Each room is suitable for single occupancy and is private. We only accept students and easy going professionals.

Bills are included in the price. You do not need to pay extra money for electricity, water, gas, wifi, etc.

Our Ocean Park Residence is located in the west end of Vancouver, close to the popular neighborhood of Robson Street, between the downtown core and Stanley Park. Just a few minutes walk distance from the ocean and the mountains, and only 25 minutes away from the island ferries.
