Hi, I am subleasing my beautiful studio apt which is on the 3rd floor when Im out of town for work! Typically I do subleasing when Im not at this unit at least 5 days or longer! Its a new apartment in a new area of Henderson, Nevada (Las Vegas) ! This studio is pretty spacious, and the view from the giant patio it amazing!

I am a healthy active spiritual person, so Im seeking for someone who is positive minded, clean, and responsible like myself. :)

In unit washer + dryer, so you do NOT need to go anywhere for laundry EXCEPT when you need to wash anything over-sized. Again, It is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator, so you get your workout done but it might not be suitable for anyone who needs an elevator to get upstairs.

Also this unit comes with a free parking spot right outside of the room. I can show you where to park if you have a vehicle.

This facility is not gated but it is a very safe and peaceful area with a huge park right next the apt building. Henderson Hospital, Starbucks, Central Church (a huge church if you want to find a great community), and a shopping mall within 3 miles.

Also, No Wi-Fi, sorry. I barely use it since I have LTE on all my Apple devices, so I never have to use Wi-Fi. But theres a Starbucks right down the street if you want to use Wi-Fi.
