There are 3 floors in the house and every floor has a bathroom including two on the 2nd floor (Unit is located here). There is a shared kitchen in the basement. Rent is 650$-670$ (20$ internet fee monthly) a month. There are many students that live here as well but also people who simply live here and work. There is a double bed mattress and bed frame included (no sheets or blankets included, bed sheet cover included) Also included are LED lights and shoe matt. These included items must stay in the room as I will be returning in the fall. The listing says 3-6 month lease, however the lease is exactly from early April, exact date TBD until I received my exam schedule- September 1st.
