Secured entry, very quiet building! Parties will not be allowed, and there will be no smoking of any kind in the unit and building.
Washer and dryer in the building. Security cameras in common areas as well as outside the building.
I will pay for utilities. Electricity is the responsibility of a tenant and depends on your usage.

The bedroom has a comfy bed with a queen mattress and includes bedding and sheets as well as a protection cover, and the living room has a queen-size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress as well!
Kitchen appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, air fryer, coffee maker.
Ready to move in today! I will leave all the bedding, towels, soap, shampoos, etc! There is almost nothing you will need while staying at my place, and if you find yourself needing something, the Jewel Osco grocery store is a half block away, and Target is 5 min walk. Wrigleyville is walking distance from the apartment and the lakefront is just steps away!!!
Express Bus stop is a street away and will take you downtown in 15 minutes. The L stop is 8 min walk away!

A Refundable Deposit of $1200 is required. I am asking for you to care for my furniture and belongings as for your own. The deposit is refundable in full if no damage is made and nothing is removed from the unit.
