Be aware that you cannot park on any Boston street as a short-term resident. If a property you are looking at does not have a "garage or deemed off-street parking," Boston police will tow your car consistently. Also, cars cannot be on any street in Boston during the snow. Boston landlords and property owners will not tell you this as they are eager to rent and fill vacancies. At our new condo community, you can rest peacefully with underground assigned parking. No snow cleaning or worries about vandals and car thieves. Parking, utility, internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu fees are included in the monthly rent.
