There is no yard but easy access to a lot of greenspace and parks. Choice of two rooms - basement room 12x12 feet (with a bath and shower) or upstairs room 11x13 feet (with a bath/shower). Both bathrooms are not connected to the room. Both bedrooms rooms are furnished with a twin bed, desk and dresser but furniture can be removed. Current owner and tenant is a 52 year old active people with 2 cats and a dog (half time). Animals are negotiable depending on the pet. Looking for a quiet and clean roommate. No smokers.
