We lived at this apartment for more then one year. We found the location to be excellent,it was quiet and safe.It was also very conveniently near shops,restaurants and public transportation. The apartment was comfortable, well maintain and had all the essential necessities. The landlord was friendly, helpful and available when needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Very friendly and helpful landlord. I had a great experience, and the landlord helped me out with projects I had during the stay in Brooklyn. We even baked them some cinnamonbuns during the last week, just to show our gratitude.

I enthusiastically recommend this apartment to sublet. The apartment is cozy and in an ideal location. The price includes a weekly maid service, unlimited wood for the working fireplace, fast wi-fi and Cable television. The apartment is safe, quiet, and nicely decorated. It was a pleasure to stay in his apartment for three months. Without hesitation, I happily recommend this sublet!
