The apartment is non smoking, but right in front of the apt. there is an open air corridor so called gang, that is pretty much suitable for smokers, just step out of the flat, and you can smoke....
Utilities are aprox 35.000 Huf in the winter season, including common cost, heating, internet, etc. every costs.
From this point easy to reach everything: Public transport, Restaurants, Pubs, Night Life, tourist attractions. In case you want to study in Budapest this apartment is pretty close to several Colleges and Universities.
My completely renovated flat is the best choice if you come to Budapest.
The location is perfect for turists - next to the tram 4/6, very close to Oktogon and Blaha Lujza square where you can get on Metro. The attractive friendly square with all its bars and restaurants is just a few steps away from the flat. There is a normal size bed plus a sofa, and many extra ammenities, including AC, full kitchen, full bathroom, washing machine and strong wifi. The apartment had been designed in modern style and the comfortability was the main rule. There is a smart TV. Please be aware it is on the 2.floor, there is no elevator in the building.
