There are two furnished rooms available, and a bath upstairs. Both rooms are bright, comfortable, spacious and quiet. The owner suite is down the hall and has a private bath.

Gender requests can be considered.

This is a large 3000 sq. ft. Tudor style home built in the 1920s and moved to its current location in the 1960s. Many of its charming elements remain, such as hardwood flooring throughout, large steel casement windows, antique locks and fixtures, as well as high ceilings.

There are no pets in the home, the back yard is over 15,000 sq ft and the occassional cat stroll by, and the birds come to nest, rest and get water.

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the common areas; kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, library, living room and sun room. As well as the outdoor covered and uncovered patio seating on the large property.

Coffee and tea is available for guests. A communal condiment and spice shelf is also reasonably stocked for anyone wishing to cook meals. Designated shelf space in the pantry and fridge is included with each room as needed.

This is a wonderfully unique and peaceful place to make your home away from home as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
