I have 3 weeks open in my 1-bedroom vacation rental condo starting Feb 25 (peak season!). Would prefer to give a deal to someone to rent the place for 2 or 3 weeks during that time since Ill be traveling and not as available to deal with nightly rentals.

Fully furnished - just bring your clothes and skis.

Between Feb 25 and March 20:
- $1250/week
- $2250 for 2 full weeks
- $3000 for 3 full weeks
- $3500 for a full month
Open to other durations as well, but cant rent it past April 1.

$150 move-out cleaning fee, but everything else is included.

This condo in the High Country Haus complex was remodeled in 2016. One of the best features is that it is only a block off Main Street - some of the best restaurants and bars in Winter Park are right outside your door (Hernandos Pizza, Namaste India, Wake and Bacon bakery/restaurant, Randis, and The Noble Buck are all less than two blocks away). Winter Parks excellent new grocery store is right around the corner from the condo.

The condo complex also backs up to forest land, so the surroundings are quiet and you have access to hiking and snowshoeing right outside the door. About a five minute drive gets you to the ski slopes, or take the free shuttle which picks up right outside and takes about 15 minutes.

For sleeping arrangements, there is a queen bed in the bedroom, and a full-sized air mattress that can be used in the living room. Couch is also comfy for sleeping if you have a guest for a few nights.

There is also a beautiful new rec center for the condo complex with an exercise room, pool table, pool, and hot tubs. The condo complex is large, so the building with the pool and hot tubs is actually 2 blocks away from my condo.
