Im subletting my studio in koreatown, walking distance to train and every kind of food and entertainment. Parking is street parking but you may be able to search for spots to rent nearby. Apartment has a few things but is mostly unfurnished at the responsibleent. The apartment is bright with large windows and a nice view in a simple older building. Im looking for someone to rent for minimum 3 months but preferable 6 months or potentially longer. Looking for someone quiet, responsible, mature, employed, and to take good care of the apartment and keep it clean at all times.
