The price is for in the room. For extra persons you have to pay 5 euro per day.
You have to take care and clean your apartment or studio. For profesional Cleaning you have to pay 10 euro per hour. When you leave, the studio will be checked for damages and if everything is Ok you will take your security deposit back. Security Deposit is the same ammound of one months bill. It has to be payed with the first months bill.

The neighborhood is very quiet, and you can find everything you need: Mini Market, Restaurant, Taverns. Bus stop in 10m (bus No23) Five minutes walk to the center. Near University of Thessaloniki (10 minutes walk) Near Erasmus schools. You can walk in the old Town, see the view of the town and visit small taverns.
