This is a private room with 3 beds in a 2 Bedroom & 1 Bath apartment.

The entire 2-bedroom apartment has a total of five (5) beds, a kitchen and bathroom shared by the tenants.

This is a shared room with triple occupancy within a 2 bedroom unit that is Southside of UC Berkeley with a pleasant 8-minute walk to campus. The room is in a 2 bedroom private unit with its own kitchen and bathroom. Featured in this unit is a beautiful kitchen and eat-in area. This room includes 3 twin beds with study tables, a dresser and closet to share.

Tenants of this room will also have access to the rest of the AHR Dwight house. The AHR house features a large living room with roomy sofas and a flat-screen TV, complete kitchen, two dining/ co-working areas, three other bathrooms and a laundry room.

We have one spot available in a shared triple room available now for the fall semester or the academic school year. This apartment is ideal for UC Berkeley and UC Berkeley Extension students, visiting scholars, interns, scientists, researchers, professors, and working professionals.
