Our newly constructed condo offers 1100 sqft. of indoor living space and the outdoor patio balcony is 340 sqft.

- Lease term: minimum 1 month
- Rent: 4 people occupancy
- Utilities: Included (high speed internet wifi, electricity, gas, water, hot water, netflix)
- One time move out cleaning fee of $550 applies
- Deposits: half a month security deposit
