Scott is a retired educator who lives in the other bedroom downstairs, and is hardly ever around. we are looking for a male roommate who is respectful, clean(does is own dishes), and professional. Laundry is in the building, not in the unit.. and there is a parking spot available as well. We are on Centinela, close to Santa Monica blvd.., not far from both UCLA and the beach. I am open to a temporary stay of 3 months or temporary stay of up to 6 months(then month to afterwards). Its available to see right now. The deposit is just $600.
