Its a 30 minute ride to Manhattan on L train. No loud parties allowed. There is a futon in living room in case someone needs to sleep there. The place has a beautiful energy and love as it is our home.
It is close to Wilson Avenue on L train, and Halsey Street on J train.
The space
One large closet in the bedroom will be empty for guests to use while they stay plus one long skinny and deep closet (large) in the hallway area. There is a microwave, and a toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and very large refrigerator. Only 1 year minimum sublease with possible extension, No shorter than 12 months stay please.
