Suite is also available month to month at a higher rate. Up to 4 people can stay at no extra charge. Minimum stay of 92 or more consecutive nights is required to qualify for this rate. There are no Government of Canada taxes charged. One time final suite cleaning fee will apply. Secure underground parking is available at a charge. Pet may be considered. Pet fee will apply.

Option 2: 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Superior View Suite on a high floor with a walkout Balcony and City views at our 736 Bay Street location a discounted long term stay rate starting from as low as $4,888/month (from $162.93 per night and up) and up. Up to 4 people can stay at no extra charge. Minimum stay of 92 or more consecutive nights is required to qualify for this rate. Suite is also available month to month at a higher rate. There are no Government of Canada taxes charged. One time final suite cleaning fee will apply. Secure underground parking is available at a charge. Pet may be considered. Pet fee will apply.

Option 3: Family Size 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Plus Den Suite with a walkout Balcony / Terrace / Patio at our 736 Bay Street location at a discounted long term stay rate starting from as low as $5,988 per month (from $199.60 per night and up) and up. Min. stay of 92 or more nights is required to qualify for this rate. Suite is available month to month at a higher rate. There are no Government of Canada taxes charged.
