I had to move home due to the coronavirus outbreak. My roommate who is a doctoral student at washington university is staying in st louis and will also be living in this apartment. I have a large room, with a shared bathroom. There is internet and cable and all utilities included in this price. This apartment is in a prime location across from the Washington University medical campus or St Louis college of pharmacy. The kitchen appliances are all pretty new and it has a keypad entry to the front door to the building. Both washer and dryer are included in the unit. Parking is limited to 15 spaces around the building but I have never had an issue with parking. There is also free street parking out front of the building. Not furnished inside bedroom but the living room has a TV and couch we put in there. My now old roommate works a lot or is studying. This would be a good situation for a medical student and/or clinical rotation student. The lease goes until June 30th, at which point you could re-sign if wanted.
