Friendly flat with a local chef(been living in few different country before....) I use the office room and kitchen as my work sometimes) I dont live there.
My brother Neil is a technicians at the Palace Museum.He work day time and no English.(He has Google lady to help him)

(kitchen,dining room, living room,shower room and toilet).
We provide high quality mattresses,pillow,blanket,towel,Ikea bed sheet with super light-proof curtains. Many storage space for long-term staying guest.
High-quality kitchen (oven,dishwasher,kitchenware),washing machine+ drying,(inside drying or rooftop to dry your clothes with sun),smart toilet(wash butt) and bathroom heating. Air-conditioning.
High speed internet!!!

We are looking for someone is tidy (clean up +put it back after used),respectful and good communication for sharing flat together.
No loud party after 22:00. If you invite friend come over for the sharing area need to tell us first please. We do the same and welcome you to join us :)
No smoking at home.(roof top is one floor away)
No animal in flat.

I will preparing a rental contract in English and need to copy your passport or ID for safety.We have the right to stop the lease at any time if you do not comply with the rental regulations. (We hope not to happen)
