Grill near the pool area, Laundry room in each floor.
Minimum Stay: 3 months (Need approximately 2/3 weeks to be approved by Association of the building).
We have some Rules and regulations to follow within the building.
Be respectful to the neighbours. No loud TV or music.
No glass around the area pool. No smoking in the Apt and in the building (smoking area near the pool)
Each visitor should be registered at the front desk. No party in the Apt.
