Furnished room in a 3-bedrom/2-bathroom two level townhouse located in the heart of North Beach/Telegraph Hill (SFs sought-after Italian neighborhood that borders Chinatown, Fishermans Wharf and the Financial District + is affluent and safe).

Our house is located on a quiet alley, just steps from Coit Tower, Washington Square Park and several shops/cafes/restaurants. North Beach is a very affluent and safe neighborhood that has been on the top 10 list of U.S. neighborhoods by National Geographic. And, since it is a historically Italian neighborhood, if you love gelato, Italian bakeries and pasta youll be in heaven! I have included some photos of North Beach in case you arent familiar with the neighborhood.

We are walking distance to the Financial District (a safe walk that does not go through any unsafe areas + takes about 10-15 minutes), and also a short walk to Chinatown, Union Square and Fishermans Wharf. We are also steps away from several public transport lines, including the 8, 30, 45, 10 and 12 and also the famous cable car on the Powell- Mason line to Fishermans Wharf or downtown Union Square and BART. Also, we have one supermarket Traders a short 10-minute walk away.

The room: - Furnished with a queen size bed, lamp, desk, chair, drawers and closet.

We are seeking a quiet working professional or a graduate student (no couples please as the room is only for one ) and you would share the bathroom (that has a shower and a bathtub) with one other male and the kitchen with two we are one female and one male. No smoking/drugs or pets permitted. Our house is a safe/healthy environment with low foot traffic and we like to keep it very clean.

This would be excellent for someone coming to SF for a short-term work project due to the proximity to the Financial District. We are also open to someone who wanted to stay longer-term if it is the right fit.

The rent is $1350 per month plus utilities (approx. $75-$100 per person). To move in the first months rent and a security deposit of $500 is required. References (both work and rental) will be required. We would prefer a minimum of two or three months if possible.
