The room is furnished with a queen size bed, lamp, desk and chair, drawers and closet.

We are looking for a quiet working professional or a graduate student (no couples and no pets please). We are one male and one female and you would share a bathroom with a male tenant. We also prefer someone who is quiet, considerate and who works outside the home or on a hybrid schedule. The house is non-smoking and clean and quiet.

This would be excellent for someone coming to SF for a work project due to the proximity to the Financial District.

The rent is $1,350 per month plus utilities (approx. $50-$100 per person). A security deposit of $1,350 is required. References (both work and rental) are also required. We prefer a minimum of two to three months if possible.
