Rent includes utilities and WiFi. Street parking is avail. and we are near the Metro station. A gated parking spot is avail. for $160/mo. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. No pets. $1,350 Deposit and credit/background check are required.

We are looking for someone who is cleanly, responsible, and an over all good person and good housemate. Keeping our living room and kitchen clean and free of clutter is very important. (no dishes in the sink or food left on the counter)

We are replacing a easy going woman we are sad to see go :) She was with us for her internship. Another room is presently rented to a great easy going guy, who is very easy going, great company, and just graduated film school.
