We are a local family who offers two extra rooms for students in Talca.

We are located in a quiet area, with meny public transport to go wherever you want (only 10 minutes to downtown).

The rooms are spacious:

The first room has a single bed, closet and desk.
The secondone has a double bed, closet and desk.
The price includes the cost of bills, wi-fi, bed linen, loundry once a week and free local phone calls.

We also organice familly activities and you are cordially invited to participate :)
