This is a room with DOUBLE occupancy in our fully furnished Dwight House in the Southside of UC Berkeley with a pleasant 10-minute walk to campus.
This room includes 2 (two) full-sized beds and 1 (one) twin bed, 3 (three) study tables, a dresser and closet. This room may be leased as a triple for an additional fee.

The house is 5 blocks from Downtown Berkeley Bart & 4 blocks from UC Berkeley. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, & theatres. Available for the Fall, Spring & Summer semester. Coliving and coworking spaces are shared w/ bi-weekly cleaning. We take care of all apartment amenities, kitchen and bathroom essentials and more! All you need to bring with you are your personal items, and we will handle the rest.

This apartment is ideal for UC Berkeley and UC Berkeley Extension students, visiting scholars, interns, scientists, researchers, professors, and working professionals.
