We are a rental agency that specializes in short term rentals. Currently, we are renting these rooms short temrm but are looking for a little longer term rentals, but any length is suitable for us. The apartment is the middle (ground floor) apartment of a triplex near Grandin Village in Roanoke, VA. The room is fully furnished, with sheets, towels, and decor included. We try to provide everything we can for nomads who need a place to stay without having a lot of belongings. The front and back porches are shared with the entire house and decorated with relaxing decor. There is free laundry in the building, as well. The apartment has a shared living area/work area with cable TV and streaming services. The apartment also includes a shared kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils as well as a shared bathroom. The security deposit is of which is non-refundable to cover the administrative costs associated with all-inclusive rentals such as these.
