Newly renovated apartments on the 16th floor with views of the Art Museum, supermarket in building, pool, fitness center, movie theater and more! This is super high end living with a great community and amenities. Our lease is until April 15th and we are hoping to move out by March 1 (we can be flexible). You can either take over our lease for the remaining 1.5 months or sign a new full 1 year lease. Prices have gone up since we signed so you will not be able to find apartments in our building for our rent. We are moving countries which is why we need to end the lease early.
