detached guest house. shared yard. 4 blocks from SDSU. asking 1400 all utilities included plus 1000 deposit looking for a month to month person. the guest house is detached with a private gate entry very quite and relaxing you must like dogs because they are in the yard all day I put them up at night though. they are very sweet dogs. sorry no more pets though !! please call or text if your interested the place is ready to go fully furnished just bring your bed !!!!!
