You are only 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and close to all the great beach restaurants, shops, and attractions, including 90 minutes to Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World and two hours to Kennedy Space Center. Busch Gardens (amusement park), Adventure Island (water park), and Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa are just 40 minutes away.


If you are not familiar with Dunedin, it is well known for its award winning beaches, Friday morning fresh markets, unique gift shops, award winning restaurants, and fun filled merchant association sponsored events. This unit is located on the top level of the Waterside Cottage with its own private entrance and incredible views of the Intra-coastal Waterway.

The Waterside Cottage Too is part of a private estate. It is located on prestigious and historic Victoria Drive in delightful Dunedin, Florida. The cottage faces west and overlooks Saint Josephs Sound and Dr. Beachs choice for the most beautiful beach in the country, Caladesi Island State Park. You will see breathtaking sunsets as well as abundant bird and sea life on a daily basis.

The Waterside Cottage Too is only available for January, February, and March. The cottage is all inclusive except for the electric.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
