I live in a 2 bedroom downstairs apt. Offering the 2nd bedroom for rent. Has Jack n Jill bathrooms. Washer and Dryer in apt. All utilities included in rent. Bedroom has a bed and tv on the wall, otherwise unfurnished. I do have 3 small kids every other weekend. No pets allowed. All wood floors throughout. Rent is a month due at move in. No lease, month to month. Quiet area.
