The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
The master bedroom has a double bed (1.40*2.00m), 4-door wardrobe, mirrors, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, desk, 2 chairs and flat-screen TV.
The other room can be used as a living room if necessary, it can be furnished with a bed. It has a round table, 4 chairs, 4-door closet, chest of drawers, 2 mirrors and a flat-screen TV.
Bed linen is provided as well as pillows and covers.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge & freezer, dishwasher, 4 cooking plates. Kitchen equipment, dishes, pots, and pans are provided.
The bathroom with white ceramic floor tiles has a bathtub. It also has a shower which enables you to shower comfortably like in a normal shower.

Included in the price:

The operating costs for the entire building are also included in the rental price.

Conditions
Rental price, including furniture, utilities, and housing costs: 2600.00 CHF / month
Deposit: 2 months = 4500.00 CHF (incl. parking space)
Starting date: by arrangement
Rental period: Long rental period 12 months preferred
Notice period: 2 months in advance, at the end of the month

Deposit Fee
The deposit fee is two months and must be paid directly to the Landlord before move-in.
The deposit serves to secure receivables that may arise in connection with the tenancy agreement and will be returned to the bank account specified after the apartment has been vacated and left in property conditions with no defects.
